Hi All! Im very new to sryrup making and tapped 15 trees last year and am hooked! made a makeshift evaporator with cement blocks chimney pipe and a couple old pans and had pretty good luck, I think! Id like to get my hands on a couple stainless steel pans or one large one. Not sure if this is the right forum, but thought id give it a try.
