Extreme Northern NY (just below Canada). 52 acres. 1000 tap sugarbush. All young trees. Off-grid. 500' more or less road frontage. Year-round driveway on year-round dirt rd. Excellent hunting. Includes insulated cabin. I'm told the parents of these trees won Best syrup at the NYS fair in 1939 and 1940. (I wasn't there)99 % black/sugar maples. Average sugar content (before thinning) 2.8% The $52,000 price is non-negotiable. I WILL turn down $51,999. Recently surveyed. Plenty other timber, ESP. Cedar.

I don't know where that pic came from, but there is NO sugarhouse or evaporator. There IS a drilled well. The #2 whitetail in NYS was shot just across the rd from here. I also own the 47 acres next door with a new High-end house. Package deal is possible.
