2013 - First year doing this. - 26 Taps on buckets, 18" x 36" Flat Pan on 2 propane burners = 6 Gal. syrup
2014 - Aprox. 50 taps, some bucket some tubing, 2' x 6' GBM Evaporator with continuous flow pan. = 1 pint short of 10 gallons of syrup for the season.
