Small hobby setup--4 years old. Contains three cast iron 2-burner Carolina Cookers (model 48590) and three 4-inch deep stainless hotel pans, dual tank propane regulator for swapping tanks while boiling, tubing and fittings. Each 2-burner cooker produces 31,2000 BTU. Easily handled my 10-tap setup.
