Used 2' x 6' maple syrup wood fired evaporator. The wood stove "arch" is lined with firebrick and has natural draft as well as a fan option. The 304 stainless mirror finish pan set consists of a 2' x 4' sap pan (larger one in back), and a 2' x 2' syrup pan in front. The patriot max sap pan has 11.5" tall combination flues, meaning that some flues go above the surface of the pan and some go below (raised and drop flues). Both pans have reversible flow, and you can draw off syrup from either side of the syrup pan, and have the sap flow into the syrup pan from either side. The flow is controlled by floats. The place where the sap gravity flows in to the sap pan is only on the left side though. The pans and arch are made by Leader, a Vermont based maple equipment supply company. There is also a stainless steam hood with dual exhaust stacks that fits over the sap pan. The arch has a stainless base stack that fits the woodstove, and three 4' long sections of stainless vertical smokestack with a roof cap. I bought this rig used in 2016 from a retiring maple producer in Connecticut. I used it for several seasons in the Hartford area. It has been sitting in storage for the past two seasons. I have other maple equipment for sale as well, take a look at my other listings. I am also selling a mobile sugarshack (based on a large enclosed trailer), which currently holds the evaporator. https://leaderevaporator.com/content/PATRIOT-MAX-and-Standard-Pan-Sets.pdf The Combo is a hybrid design that features a split with 5-3/4 inches of the flue dropped below the rail of the arch and 5-3/4 inches of the flue raised in the pan above the rail of the arch. This promotes more efficient contact with the heat from the arch, and still gives the increased level of control of a raised flue style of evaporator, with it's extra float for the syrup pan. This rig with the steam hood retails for about $12,000 new.
