Description:

3'x12' rebuilt antique grimm arch with 3x7 back pan and 3x3 front pan. Wood fired. We added a blower on a rheostat switch for hotter burning. The pans are stainless steel flat bottom (no flues). The arch is fire brick in the fire box and arch blanket (white insulation) throughout the flue.
The old grim was rotted at the stack end, so we rebuit it and replaced a lot of the sheet metal.
I used to make 60 gallons a season with it. Worked great. A great set for someone breaking into 100 to 300 taps without breaking your wallet.
I have some misc supplies too. A float box and float I never used, some piping, chimney stack and such.
Sorry no photos yet. I don't live on site, so have to plan a trip down. I'll update when I can.
$2000 for the whole set.

I have a small sugarbush in Danbury, up on Dean road near Clayton Nowels. I am looking for either a 3, 3 and a half or 4 x 12 Grimm. Do you have pictures to send yet? Thanks for your time. Rob. rpeck@wiggins-air.com
