I am selling my 2x7 wood fired evaporator, it has a 4' drop flue pan, and two 18" cross flow front pans, all stainless soldered pans. Galvanized wood fired arch, comes bricked but will need ceramic blanket. Will boil 30 gallons an hour, if insulated well and good wood will do more. I was running 250 taps on it, haven't used it in two years. I bought a new much bigger evaporator and now have 2,000 taps so I have out grown this one.
