Description:
|
2 1/2 by 8 syrup evaporator. Home made raised v flue pan with factory made syrup pan lead free soldered. Arch is insulated with arch board and brick bricks included. Insulated door , preheater over the top of flue pan , forced air under grates . Have run this for 4 years making around 80 gallons of syrup. Evaporation rate is about 40 gallons an hour . Worked well for me bought a bigger one.
