Description:
Sorry I'm having trouble posting pics so if interested I can email pics to you. Lapierre Junior 2x5 model used for 5 seasons before going bigger. Oil-fired but can be converted back to wood. Pans and burner in very good condition. Also a custom made steam hood with sap preheater works great.

Hi. please send pics. i've just purchased a new Lapierre Jr 2x5 and would like to see your custom steam hood and pre heater. If you're willing to sell it separately I would be interested, but otherwise i'd like to see what it looks like to give me some ideas how to build. Thank you....Tom

I doubt I would sell the hood separately but will think about it. Please send your email address to joe@kettleridgefarm.com and I will send you pics. For some reason I always fail when trying to attach photos thru maple trader website.

Joe, wondering if you recall what the cost was for making your custom steam hood / pre-heater. Hope you're getting some bites on your evaporator.
