3'x10' aluminum steam hood with 20' of aluminum steam pipe and a stainless stack cover, also a galvalum roof jack for a 8-10/ 12 pitch roof. I used this hood suspended over my Evaporator for 3 seasons, worked great. I'm just moving my Evaporator into a traditional sugarhouse with a cupola so I have no need for it.
