2x6 drop flue Phanuef,stainless arch, welded pans

Great shape only issue is the front pan is a little warped but I still use as is with no problems. Homemade steam hood,not tight fitting, included. Available at end of season, expanding and buying bigger. Will consistently boil 35gph, and can achieve higher with the right wood.has blower with rheostat control, and a fabricated air tight front door, includes stainless stack. This is a great little evaporator, that when I clean at the end of the season looks practically new. Perfect for 50 up to 250 or more taps.
