Tom, I have a used GH Grimm 3.5'x8' arch, fire brick and excellent 16" stainless steal stack for sale, it needs to be re-tinned. You will find an ad and picture on page 11 of evaporator section of Maple Trader Classifieds high lighted in yellow. Thought this might be of interest to you to fix and make a set of pans for and sell as a unit. I think if done you could make a fine profit. Ron
