Dominion & Grimm 4x16 Tornado high efficiency wood fired evaporator. Fire every 30 minutes. Evaporates 250-275 gallons per hour without steam pan. 4 pass arch design preheats air for increased efficiency. Evaporator can be run on wood pellets as well. Will make 50-60 gallons of syrup per hour at 18% without steam pan. Includes: 2- 4x10 flue pans with 11" flues for increased evaporation.
