Inferno wood-fired arch, 5 Max Flue pan, 3 Revolution syrup pan allows you to change the direction of flow while still boiling no need to shut down. Comes with an Enhanced Steam-Away and hood for a 5 Flue pan. Purchased new 8 years ago. Excellent condition. We were boiling 140-150 gal/hr.
