I have a Lapierre 3x12 complete wood fired evaporator unit for sale. The enhanced Hurricane arch is about 18 years old and boils much faster then a standard unit. The Lapierre flue pan and Piggy Back unit are in excellent condition and are about 12 years old. They are welded stainless steel pans.The syrup pan was made by a local firm, and is also stainless steel and welded.All of the steam hoods and stacks are stainless steel. They are included with purchase. I have down sized my operation, and I do not need a unit of this size anymore. This very nice unit is far below the price of purchasing a similar brand new rig. A new unit of this type could cost up to 30 or 40 thousand dollars. Check this one out and save some cash.
