Raised Flue built in 2009 and delivered by Patrick from Quebec. You will not find a better-made piece of equipment. Pans are tig welded. Syrup pan has never been burned. I have made over 220 gallons of syrup on this rig in the past 3 seasons. Arch and stack (10") are stainless steel. Soldered stainless hood and copper preheater new in 2011, made by A&A metal shop in Ulysses, Pa. Hood has dual 6" stacks. Roof jacks for the hood go with the rig. Boils about 30 gal/hour without forced air and 35-40 with forced air and seasoned wood. I am hesitant to sell this but I am upgrading to a larger evaporator.
