Description:

3x10 Wood fired. 3 year old leader American pans. Dropped flued. Pans are all welded stainless in nice condition. Evaporator is turn key. Comes with stack, roof jacks, top hats, new grates installed at beginning of this season. Arch is home made. Comes with all the brick and a blower as well. Only reason selling is to get a bigger one. Sorry I forgot to post that it comes with rear sight glass for flue pan, a defoamer dripper in the top of rear steam hood and comes with the Steam Hoods too. Does not come with automatic draw off and draw off tank.

How much syrup can it produce in an hour when it is cranked up? Are the steam hoods stainless?

That all depends on how sweet the sap is testing. I would say a couple gallons. Steam Holds are Stainless. Leader Brand same as pans. Price reduced to 11,000
