This is a 2x2 syrup pan from a Small Brothers 2x6 Evaporator. I sold my evaporator, but I had two syrup pans. This would be fine for a back-up, or make a fire box and use as a hobby pan. I do have the connecting pipes to set up with an existing evaporator.
This is an older stainless soldered pan, you can see that the bottom has a dent, and it has been repaired once. The last time I used it, there was a very small leak that sugared over- plugged itself.
