These pans were designed by Bill Smoczyk , an experienced syrup producer / Ironworker. And were fabricated at Thorp Equipment a leader in stainless pruduct sales. We used them on our 6x14 arch as a concentrator for sap, which along with the preheat tubes was very effecient. In 2004 Bill sufferred some health issues and needed to downsize. If you have more sap than you know what to do with, consider adding these items to your operation!
