I have a 3 by 10 maple syrup (sap) evaporator and arch for sale. I built the arch 2 years ago. It has a 3 ft by 6.5 ft fire box with the intension of adding air over fire and under then goes up to a 9 inch gap for the flue pan and has a 12 inch chimney stack. It is insulated with 2000 degree 2 inch insulation on the inside. It has 36 inch long grates with ash box below it. It comes with 3 ft by 5 ft dropflue pan and 3ft by 5ft front pan. Both English tin with some repair work needed. Last year it made 48 gallons in this condition. At my best boil I could do 80 gallons an hour. When pans were not leaking and I could run a little shallower I could do over 100 gallons an hour. It is 12 ft long 36 inches wide and 36 inches tall. Comes with 20 feet of the black chimney pipe. The last few pics is when I was building it. Can call me at 616-745-7705 with more questions
