For sale is a used 4' x 12' oil fired evaporator complete with accessories. Included: 4'x12' Arch Oil burner 4' x 5' SS welded finishing pan 4' x 7' SS welded flue pan SS float box Copper preheater Aluminum hoods and steam stack Galvanized smoke stack 500 Gallon oil tank The arch is a 1969 oil fired Leader Evaporator arch that has been repainted using high temperature paint. The burner is original and in excellent condition. The control switch and conduit for the burner is included. The arch will be insulated with 2" of ceramic blanket and 3" of ceramic blanket in the firebox. If the evaporator stays local I would offer installation of the blanket as part of the package. If not local, the blanket is still included. The front pan is 4' x 5' stainless steel and tig welded made in 2003 by Leader Evaporator. Has 1/4" npt thermometer ports on both sides and comes with 1/4" npt plugs. 1" copper draw off valves included (will have elbow on valve for easier draw off, not pictured). The flue pan is locally made 4' x 7' drop flue stainless steel and tig welded pan. Flues are 7.5" deep. Has pan drain in back. Float box included as well. Comes with copper preheater and associated plumbing. Thermometer included in plumbing between preheater and float box. plumbing to connect preheater to incoming sap hose also included. Preheater drip tray included as well Closed aluminum steam hood over flue pan included with 9' of aluminum stack. Raised hood with 9' of stack included for front pan.
