For sale is a 3 pan steam table evaporator I made a few years ago. I've since upgraded, and looking to sell. The arch is insulated with ceramic insulation. Some firebricks are included. The arch is sheeted in ceramic backer board, in good shape. Needs new grate, or I can fabricate another for additional fee. Includes 7" pipe to use for smoke stack. I'm in Louisville, KY. Pickup only, or I can deliver to a 100 mile radius for additional fee.
