Mason Hobby 2x3 Evaporator

For Sale: 2' X 3' wood-fired hobby evaporator made by W.F. Mason. This is a great evaporator for a small backyard maple operation. It is recommended for 1-50 taps and evaporates at 7-9 gallons per hour. The evaporator is fully bricked, includes a 3-section flat pan, has a pre-warming pan that sits on the top, stainless steel valves, and a built-in dial thermometer. The wood box easily takes 18"-20" logs. A new stack is needed and is not included. We have used this for two seasons and made a total of 24 gallons of syrup, but are moving on to something bigger.
