This is a full maple syrup setup. 120 taps with collections lines for buckets and (35) bag holders. 2 Evaporators (one warm up pan and one finishing pan) with a firebox and enough fire brick for heating efficiency connected by float system to maximize throughput. Each evaporator has a condensate cover with duct to a stack. To properly control smoke, a five foot stack included. Top it all off we also have a 135 gallon stainless collection barrel with cover.
