Description:
These are two stainless steel 2x3 flat pans set up for continuous, reversible flow over a 2x6 arch. Back pan has two sections. Front pan has four. Pans include all stainless steel fittings for reversing flow. Three valves per side to reverse or isolate each pan for draining and cleaning. Stainless union on each side to separate pans. Well over $100 in fittings. They were the perfect pans for an expanding hobbyist. I used one, 2x3 on a block arch, then the two together on blocks and finally both on a Mason arch. Average 20 g.p.h., consistent peaks of 24 g.p.h. when firing every 6 min. with good wood. Pans are 20 ga., clean and leak free. 2"x2" openings in dividers. 3/4" couplings and fittings. Welds are lead-free tig welds. Dividers are spot welded. See pic for quality of gradient. Have made over 100 gallons on these pans in the last five years and they are ready for hundreds more. Pans are sold together with all fittings. I will not sell the pans separately. They are cleaned and ready to boil for the 2015 season. Also have extra items for this set of pans: stack, stack preheater, extra fittings. The only reason I am selling is because I upgraded to bigger pans.
