Home made 2x6 arch. I built this and it worked great however we have since upgraded to a manufactured rig and no longer need it. This should go to someone who knows how to weld. The tinning has popped in some spots so you get sparks coming out, it simply needs to be clamped and re welded. however it does have a very solid skeletal frame built out of 1'' stock. It also needs a new grate, this would be as simple as welding in some angle iron. The rig has a port on the back side of it for 'forced draft' (a leaf blower) it worked great and that would go with the rig. As far as pans go, I used two 2x3 flat pans, but they aren't very good so I would recommend using something else that is SS. I know you can buy sets off ebay that aren't a fortune, or if you just want a single flat pan Bascoms usually has a 2x6 flat finish pan that should work, and those don't usually run to much at all. You should be able to see photos of us building it here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/79505177@N07/ if you are serious and want more pictures of it finished let me know.
If add is up, its still for sale.
