I have for sale one cdl dallaire 18x48 hobby evaporator. Has divided continuous flow flat pan with three sections. Also comes with 6x6x18 preheater pan made by mason. All pans are welded. Big pan has thermometer in it and draw off valve. Pan is reversable. Evaporator comes with bricks and blower for forced draft and 10 feet of smoke stack. Will boil between ten and twelve gallons an hour using dry slab wood split fine. I ran 100 taps on it this year and was a bit much with a good run but was able to keep up. I'm selling this rig because I'm going bigger next year. I had a lot of fun on it and is a perfect rig for someone starting up. Give me a call at 802-236-6894 with any questions.
