Description:
|
2x4 Air-tight arch built in 2011. Air Over Fire & Air Under Fire. Fully firebricked. Does not come with blower (I used a 3hp dust collector blower). The pan is 18guage stainless steel with flat bottom. It has a 16x24 syrup pan. Built in rear float control. The pre-heater has 35' of copper and enters the pan to hot to touch. Last year I ran 100 taps and made 120L of syrup. Averaged 24 gallons per hour of evaporation. Located in Southern Ontario.
