New quilted stainless steel sides. Ceramic Duroboard insulated, Leader
Steamaway, Leader Inferno arch customized to deliver air over and air under the fire. Very efficient. Running with RO sap we have had up to 20 minutes of continuous draw off with the auto-draw. Spare syrup pan, Syrup pan hood. All stainless stacks, 2 steam 1 smoke with rope operated covers.
