Description:

3x12 maple syrup evaporator. Has a 3x8 raised flue back pan made from English tin and 2 - 2x3 stainless steel front syrup pans. The arch has fire brick and vermiculite insulation. Arch was made in the late 80's but still fair shape for the age. Cast iron doors and grates. Comes with 20 feet of chimney. Boiling rate of aprox 90 gallons an hour. Easily will keep up with 500 taps. Good hobiest unit looking to get a bigger evaporator is the reason of sale. Comes with everything needed to boil in the spring. Call 1-519-860-5208
