We have a two year old 2'x6' raised flue Maple Syrup evaporator for sale. Both pans are in excellent condition. The original system is completely built by Lapierre. Additionally, the system comes with top quality hoods and a preheater built by Smoky Lake Maple Products.
There is an aftermarket forced air system with airtight door installed on the arch with air over fire and air under fire. The forced air blower is also included in the sale. (The original cast iron doors and draft control are also included if you want to operate the arch as it was from the factory.
The system is ready to be used. The arch is insulated and firebricked. The stainless steel base stack is also included.
