Selling my evaporator it is only 2 years old. Buying a bigger rig now. It looks like the day I bought it. Everything is all stainless. Comes with all the stack steam stack as well. Stack cover with fire screen. Syrup drip tray. Hoods. Has a 9' flue pan. It's immaculate.
