For Sale: Brand New woodfired 2 x 6 evaporator. Consists of welded enhanced raised flue pan with 9 inch flues and detatchable float box for easy cleaning. Welded cross flow syrup pan with single partition and removable float box. Both pans are 20 gauge 304 stainless steel. Arch with front casting from a Dallaire evaporator. New steel plate doors with forced draft grates. Firebox designed to handle approx. 28 inch logs as well as slabwood. Arch is sheeted with brushed 304 stainless as well as steam hoods with sliding doors. Stainless steel base stack is fitted for 8 inch chimney. Pictures of steam hoods, preheater, and float boxes are currently still under construction and soon to be completed. Float box connections are of the stainless sanitary couplings. Items not included are firebrick and ceramic wool insulation, chimney and steam stacks. Evaporator will be available for pickup or will deliver within agreeable distance and fee.
