1999 LEADER STAINLESS syrup pans with CUSTOM made EVAPORATOR. Leader FLAT pan is 4 channel and is 3ft by 6ft ,COND is approx @ 65% life . Leader FLUE pan is drop flue and is 3ft by 6ft , COND is @ approx 45% life. PANS were used 13 seasons on OUR family operation and were used in entire 2013 season. EVAPORATOR IS CUSTOM made and is wood fired , COND is @ approx 40%. ALL items are stored inside and are kept dry!
