2013-block arch, 3 steam table pans, 50 taps.
2014-same arch, added drop flues to 2 pans, going to 70 taps.
2015-sheesh! Talk about being hooked! Added 2nd block arch at home, AUF,AOF. 2x4 cont flow pan.
2016-adding more taps, refining previous equipment. Won 2 awards at MN State Fair for my syrup!!
2017-New SmokyLakeMaple Corsair arch, hybrid pro pan, all the goodies. Good thing this is/was a hobby.
