Check the pump select feature on their web site. We found it to be reasonably accurate.
I think the 15 would result in more pressure. The issue is making sure your suction matches your pump. We run a WH15 on 1 1/2" at 730' with 65' of rise. We are experiencing about 26gal/min. In our new area we have a WH20 and will run 2" line 1200' with about a 65' rise peaking at about 1000 feet. This was supposed to be in this year, but too much on the plate.
We have about 75 gallons of sap left in the 1 1/2 line after pumping.

Tapping since 1985 (four generations back to early to mid 1900s). 200-250 taps on buckets and then tubing in the mid 90s. 2013- 275 taps w/sap puller 25 gal. 2014-295 taps w/sap puller 55 ga. (re-tapped to vacuum theory) 2015-330 taps full vac. 65 gal, 2016-400 taps 105 gal, 2017-400 taps 95 gal. 2018-additional 800' mainline and maybe 400 new taps for a total near 800 taps. 2x6 Leader WSE (last year on it) supported by a 250 gph RO.

I also use the wx10 to pump over 400 feet with about 40-50 feet of rise. it definitely does the job, sometimes I wish it were faster but it beats hauling it..

I just got an opportunity to buy a nice compact Honda WB15 four stroke pump... anyone have any experience pumping sap with one of these pumps

Its a Honda so its hard to go wrong.
I use a WX10 to pump sap 400' and probably a 35' vertical rise. It does it just fine but as has been said, it is a little slow.
1980 - 6 taps, stone fire pit, drain pan evaporator, 1 pint of syrup
2016 - 55 taps on 3/16 and gravity, new sugar shack, 2x3 Mason XL, 16 gallons of syrup
2017 - 170 taps on 3/16, 2x4 Mason XL, NextGen RO. 50 gallons of syrup
2018 - 250+ taps on gravity and buckets, 2x5 Smokey Lake arch and Beaverland pan.
2019 - 250+ taps on gravity. A few buckets. 35 gallons of syrup.
2020 - 300+ taps on gravity. 50 gallons of syrup.
2021 - 280 taps on gravity and 40 buckets. 35 gallons of syrup.
I used to pump sap 1,500 feet with about a 50 foot rise with a WX10 with a 1' pipe. Like others have said it's slow. I upgraded to a 2" Red Lion pump from TSC and a 1.25" pipe. That made the pumping go much faster but the drain back time was a killer. I now pump directly into a 325 gallon tank and haul it up the hill on a trailer behind my tractor. I found that it's faster to bring the sap up the hill, pump it out at the sugar house with the WX10 and go back for another load than it is just to drain back the 115 gallons or so in the pipe which I have to haul up the hill anyway. Go with the WX15 and a bigger pipe.

I had a similar problem last year. After searching a bit, I found the pump curves for the Honda pumps on their website, and used them in a pump calculation spreadsheet.
I put in your situation of 60 ft of rise and 800 ft of pipe, and the output curves are attached.
Essentially, the WX10 should pump around 8 gpm and the WX15 about 10 gpm. I eventually bought the WX15 since the price was not that much more than the WX10.
I hava wb20 i believe. When i bought it, it was about the same price as the wb15. 2" necked down to 1" mainline and i am pumping 107' out of a sinkhole about 500' in length. Little slow but it is 107 ft. Honda makes an impressive motor.
