    been boiling all day back is too sore to bottle tonight will finish this batch tommorrow and get it in bottles. yesterday line trees ran scary fast today was slow

    my bucket trees suck this year except the tree with poison ivy LOL 3/4 5ga pail a day while others are 3-4 inches

    2010-30 taps, steam pans on a fisher grandma bear woodstove outdoors. Bottled 18.5L
    2012- 70 taps - 20L
    2013 - 70 taps, 3 steam pans on concrete block arch. 50L
    2015- 70 taps, 50.5L, 3.3lbs accidental sugar
    2021 - 120 taps, new-to-me 2x5 flat pan with a cast iron arch atop a brick firebox.

    Bottled 3rd batch this morn if any of you need a sticky mess maker with syrup i'm your go to guy work cheap and fast at it ...

    What's with so many of us dumping syrup this year? hahaha I still have to take off the baseboards to get the syrup that ran under there.

    2018 - 28 taps, 2 turkey fryers & Denali 3 burner propane stove - 798L sap 16.9 L syrup
    2019 - 28 taps, 1409.5L sap 40.12L syrup

    Sugar, Norway, Manitoba, Silver and Freeman Maples

    GOOD GRAVY THINGS ARE MOVING!

    I'm getting 2+gallons per tap per 24hrs over the last three days! I'm boiling like a banshee to keep up!

    Collected 57 gallons from 56 taps so finally got a decent haul. Don't get off work til 7 then to the shack to boil my tail off!
    2017 45 taps 43L
    2018 55 taps 50L
    2019 60 taps ~75L avg sugar 3.3%
    2020 60 taps 70L
    2021 60 taps cant remember
    2022 60 taps 95L
    2023 60 taps 75L New baby came day off boiling started, gave away 1200L of 3% didn't have time.
