Tapped the 3 yard trees today

Starting out with good flow, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for the season, weird weather this year.

With no real winter yet, I am wondering what everyone's thoughts are about when to tap. Even with a normal winter the crocus plants in my front yard start to flower when the season starts. That's normally mid February. Well they are flowering now
