Weather looks better!

We tapped a couple weeks ago, had our first boil on the 14th, and have boiled twice since then. Have made almost 11 gallons of syrup thus far. Sugar content of our sap is running consistently normal for us at 1.5%.

2022 is finished for us, pulled all our taps yesterday. Still need to finish off the last of the sweet, expecting to end up with approx 38-39 gallons made. It was a good season.
