What this year was for me!

11622 made 18.5 gallons of nice syrup and had lots of fun talking with everyone about how things are going.This site is great nice people learn a lot and I did a lot of that this year! Hope everyone did the same and good luck to everyone that is just starting or in the middle the best to all wherever you are in the season!!! For me next year big changes switching to all 3/16 gravity maybe 1 or 2 bucket the rest in two collection tanks.

I have to add another photo not taken yet I had 5 batch boils one missing,it went light to dark with the red tint again!
