Pulled the taps today.

All in all not a bad season as the finish was strong. Made about 2 gal syrup although was hoping for 3 out of 14 taps.

Hope the last couple of weeks made it work for everyone.

Next year I think I will try to buy some sap, if possible, as it is pretty hard to find trees in my neck of the woods.

If you or anyone you know would be willing to sell about 100 gal of sap next year within 120 miles of 07028, please let me know. I am willing pickup and will pay a premium (60% of bulk price of syrup)
