long boil yesterday

boiled for 15 hours stright yesterday, finished and bottled this morning ended up with one pint shy of 3 gal. one of my longest boils yet, nice med. color. this weekend will be the last run for me. pulling the taps sunday. its time to get back to work after a long winter, and trout season is next week.

Nice job doing the same here working on a 200 + gal batch got called into work at 7 pm last night home now getting ready to finish in a hour so??? Still 160 sitting in tank in the snow so as soon as I finish this batch back to start again n whatever flows today? I don't try to filter n jar more than 5 gal at once filter slowing down n so on
