5050, what sugar content to you normally average on your trees?

If your weather has not cycled above and below freezing many times, the sugar will be lower. As it cycles more the % will climb to a point, hold a while then as the season gets later, it will drop.

Just check ours today. At 2.2, generally run 3, but we only tap sugar maples. Today was the first day it has run, generally it comes up some from first run. Our best tree is over 7%.
