My first year. I have 20 taps in. Gathered about 3 gallons yesterday and 3 today. Hoping for more soon. Trees that ran yesterday were dry today and vice versa. Is this normal? I hope I didn't miss it.

You didn't miss it, sometimes it comes in a heap, but only when you're not ready for it!

Slow here was away till last night and thought things would be overflowing but looks like. 1gal on the bucket can't get to barrels till I hit the mountain with the dozer but tested sugar content over 1 1/5 to 1 3/4 THATS GREAT FOR ME
