Finally finished!

Tapped 3 days on snowshoes starting February 19th. 763 taps on gravity tubing. Crazy season, sugar percentage all over the place. Darker syrup early, lighter syrup late. Overflowing run March 19th - 21st. Finished March 29th, latest ever. Boiled 7,500 gal, two weeks ago didn't think I'd get to 3,500 gal. Should finish to about 140 gal of syrup (lower sugar this year).

i think i am largest producer in nj, and yes orange no smart phone not good on computer so don't do this often

I see you at the fairs pullin,I talked to you about your syrup and I pull with red ones in the 11,000. 11,500 class.those are some nice clean Allis,I just made 3 gal last night eating it now in my oat meal for breakfast ! Nice seeing you on the site
