Collected 70 plus today add to 60 yesterday and 5 buckets to get yet that are good runners BOILIN AGAIN !!!

5050, what is your syrup total for this year so far? You seem to be swimming in sap down there.

I'm going out to collect again maybe the last,people near hear the peepers! My ratio is like 55/1 so could be a lot more somewhere about 8gal I have a log will post later ,out to fire up evaporator,**** down at 10:30 pm knocked down around 40-45 gal sap.Busy again

Collected 53 gal today that makes a 175gal or so batch see what happens looks light in color so far??
