Collected 65gal Saturday will add to the 12 from earlier and were tending the fire again woohoo!!post later I hope how it turns out,didn't check sugar content of sap but will.whats nice it's 26* this morning and going above today.the other thing is I collected at 4 pm so there still some up there yet,collect later and finish today I hope!
