Just collected today and fired up evaporator for a 80gal run,just came in at 9 pm started at 12 on boil,broke it down to 12 gal for the night,finish Monday night and add what happens tomorrow! Did a lot of work on other equipment while tending,sap seems to be about 1.2 to 1.5 that's good for me never gets to high!

9093I need to count but 30 some trees taps I would say 50 something,I started evaporater then went back to collect the rest!thats a 55 gal drum

After adding the blower to it it rips need to insulate the door,the rest is all fire bricked9097

5050-at least you are getting sap,nothing but a few drips here in n.y.

Nice I only have 12 taps collected 10 gallons today and made 4 pints so far thhs year
