Have almost got all tubing installed in woods. Have maybe 1-2 days left to finish. Approximately 700 taps. Am looking to start tapping the middle of last week of February. Seems to be a very late season here. We usually tap between the 14th and 21 February. Have tapped as early as 8 February. Been more than a few decades since we have tape tapped this late.
