I started taping this weekend. Initially I was hoping I didnt start too early, now with the weather forcast I am concerned I may have started too late.
As of Monday night, I have 84 taps out and have collected only 39 gallons of sap. Seems like none of my trees in the valley / shaded areas have really started up yet.
